When music goes from your iTunes cloud to your iOS device, sometimes the album artwork gets lost. Every song that you have in your iTunes library should have an album article. However, sometimes, the album artwork doesn't appear on your iPhone or iPad when you're listening to the music.

The Reason Album Artwork isn't Showing

1. Reset Album Artwork

2. Clear Album Artwork Cache

On your Mac, iTunes stores a cache folder that contains all of your album artworks. 1. Go to Home folder.

2. Click on Music under Home.

3. Click iTunes folder.
